cool freaks, sharp hooks

A longish break caused by a huge workload. Quite a few interesting articles on the subject in the meantime, though:

People and history in two articles: ‘traditional native tattoos in Alaska’ and ‘beautiful new ghetto’ about an interesting photography project (submitted by Bastian!).

Extreme tattoos’ is a slide show from New Zealand but there’s also an interesting short article about the Lizardman from the UK and another one about ‘Vampire Woman.’

Russ Foxx and his suspension group and rising popularity of body suspension in ‘body suspension growing in popularity.’

Legal news from Australia: New legislation regarding body modification and minors in South Australia.

I wish the first article had pictures! I always love seeing other people’s work, especially if there’s a cultural component to it.

Vampire lady is rocking some serious looks there, I don’t dislike it, although for *my* own personal tastes I don’t 100% care for it. Although it makes her happy and that’s what matters the most!

I like these ‘traditional/ anthropological’ ones the best myself! They actually have sth important to share while articles like the ones about ‘Vampire Woman’ are all about ‘wow, what a weirdo!’

    Exactly! I 100% concur 🙂
