G-8 and tattoos

Important information in the background of the current G-8 Summit – Ainu people in Japan finally acknowledged. Ainu tattoos can be seen here.

News from UK – metal earrings can cause chronic back pain.

Two articles in Spanish – an interview with a female tattoo artist from Gijon, Spain and a story from Puerto Rico about a man for whom tattoos are a way to recover from drug addiction.

Another instance of not that usual usage of the word ‘tattoo’ – Nova Scotia International Tattoo is not a tattoo convention!

saw it, too! I guess this tattoo matches the wearer’s feelings; interesting guy, I’m sure!

it’s sad that Ainu language is almost extinct by now and the culture is going down real quick. Pictures only is not enough, eh?
